The objective of Abans Global Arbitrage Opportunities Fund (Abans International Ltd, Share Class B) is to capture arbitrage opportunities across commodities and currencies traded on global exchanges. The Fund aims to generate consistent returns and preserve capital across market cycles. The fund trades a varied set of arbitrage strategies, looking to capture arbitrage spreads that exist due to inefficiency of markets or mispricing over short time periods. The fund does not take a directional call on the price movement of the underlying, and is market neutral at all times. As a Group, we are able to capture these arbitrage opportunities globally through our proprietary algorithmic software along with access to markets world over through Abans Global Ltd, which is a member to leading world exchanges. The Fund can accept subscriptions from investors across the Globe (apart from US investors). Resident Indians who wish to invest can remit funds under the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS) subject to a maximum of USD 250,000 per financial year.
